The company faced recurring risks, including insurance claims, collisions during on-site vehicle operation, distracted driving, driver fatigue, and frequent rear-end accidents. As fleet operations expanded, the need for advanced risk management tools became more urgent.

A.I.Matics provided a customized safety solution for Sampyo, combining real-time blind-spot detection, driver behavior monitoring, and OBD-based fuel efficiency analysis into one integrated platform.

The A.I.Matics onboard AI device was designed for the demanding environment of heavy-duty trucks, offering high-precision detection of subtle risks that are often invisible to drivers.

The system was first deployed in 10 vehicles for pilot testing, showing strong performance. By June 2023, Sampyo expanded adoption to 150+ concrete mixer trucks. The system also supports real-time OTA updates, ensuring continuous improvements in safety and fuel efficiency.
