A.I.MATICS, an AI vision technology company, announced on September 8 that it has officially launched an AI chatbot specifically designed for quick-service delivery call centers in collaboration with quick-service platform provider Inseong Data.

The chatbot marks the first B2B deployment of A.I.MATICS’ proprietary industry-specific SLM (Small Language Model). Integrated directly into Inseong Data’s quick-service call platform, the chatbot automatically handles key call center tasks, including order intake, delivery tracking, and general customer inquiries.

The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding in May last year to jointly develop an AI Contact Center (AICC) business. Following the successful completion of a proof of concept (PoC), the solution has now been deployed in real-world operations.

At the core of this AI transformation (AX) is A.I.MATICS’ industry-specific SLM combined with technology that integrates AI directly into existing platforms. By training the model on actual customer service data, A.I.MATICS achieved an accuracy rate of up to 99.2% in recognizing and understanding terminology and contextual expressions unique to the quick-service delivery industry.

An A.I.MATICS official said, “Compared with large language models (LLMs), our model can reduce implementation and operating costs by up to 96%.”

Unlike conventional system integration (SI) approaches typically led by telecommunications companies, A.I.MATICS embeds AI capabilities directly into the platform provider’s existing system. The company has also expanded its expertise in on-device AI, developed through years of experience in computer vision, into the field of conversational AI. By automatically handling routine inquiries, the chatbot helps reduce call waiting times during peak hours.

Following the deployment of the text-based chatbot, A.I.MATICS plans to introduce voice automation solutions tailored to environments where phone-based customer service remains dominant. By building a comprehensive AICC solution portfolio covering both text and voice, the company aims to expand its B2B customer base from quick-service delivery operators to large-scale logistics companies.

“The reality is that unstructured data generated in logistics operations cannot be fully handled by general-purpose AI alone,” said Hoon Lee, CEO of A.I.MATICS. “Starting with our proven industry-specific SLM chatbot, we plan to expand into call center voice automation within this year and lead AI transformation across the B2B logistics market.”
