AIMatics (CEO Lee Hoon) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Insung data, Korea’s largest call center operator, to jointly promote the development of AI Call Center (AICC) solutions.
Under this partnership, AIMatics will supply AICC solutions powered by natural language processing (NLP) technology, while Insondata will integrate them into its call service platforms to automate workflows and boost efficiency.
A key feature of this collaboration is the application of smaller large language models (sLLMs), which deliver comparable performance to conventional LLMs but with lower resource requirements. This enables faster, more accurate handling of customer inquiries, significantly reducing agent workloads and improving response times.
In the coming months, the two companies will conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) trials with Insondata’s call center subsidiaries to validate the technology and scale deployment in phases.
